Very yummy! My husband and I both liked it, and we're not really fish people. I did, however, use Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette, instead of what the recipe called for, the first time making it. The second time I did the recipe exactly, but both my husband and I liked the dressing I used the first time better. It had more of a tangy taste to it. I highly recommend it!

I really liked this recipe the honey-balsamic glaze is delicious. I also really enjoyed the parmesan on the zucchini & carrots. I normally don`t like cooked carrots, but this made them a lot better to me.

We loved this recipe! Every time we have salmon this is the way my husband wants it cooked. I change up the veggies once in a while but the sauce MUST remain the same!

The sauce really makes this recipe. The sweetness of the honey and the tartness of the balsamic dressing is such a nice combo! I made it once with Basmati rice, and again with brown rice- both times it was marvelous. Even better when reheated!! Definitely a keeper!

Instead of pan frying the salmon, i baked it at 375F for 20-25 mins. once baked, i poured the sauce (which wasn't heated, just mixed together) on top and sprinkled parmesan cheese. I gave my guests the options to have the veggies on the side or on top off the salmon and served it with buttered mashed potatoes. note: along with the zucchini and carrots, i also included snap peas. it was my first time trying this recipe and everyone enjoyed it! Thank you!

This was so "dee-lish", we used Atlantic salmon with no skin ... had no problems with amount of oil or burning as other reviewers had. Will be a fav to make gain and again.
