This salad was wonderful and although it was soggy the next day I still ate it hungrily! The only criticism that I have is that it was a little salty. In part from the almonds and also from the parmesan, I would cut the parm with a little cheddar next time.

i made the salad for a thanksgiving dinner at a friend`s house, it was the best salad ever, got a lot of rave review, will be making it again for my family`s thanksgiving dinner. my only problem is my local Safeway no longer carry the refrigerated kraft creamy balsamic dressing ;-(

Made this recipe as our salad for Christmas dinner and my 8 year old and 5 year old Granddaughters loved it. Everyone loved it! My son has an egg allergy so it's important to find foods that he can enjoy as well. The salad looks great in a glass dish too. We didn't use much dressing either. Definitely will be on my favourites list.
