Excellent! I made it to go with Thanksgiving's dinner & everyone loved it. The flavour (esp. the ginger root)& texture & colour were perfect.

This was such a nice change from my regular cabbage salad! It was delicious and pretty on the table. Everyone loved it, the new favourite.
