We couldn't taste the coffee at all. Not very good. Will not make again.

I made this cake for my mom's birthday. It took a long time to make but was completely worth it. I would only add more coffee in it the next time as we could hardly taste it. Other than that it was a really good recipe and I would highly recommend it.

I HAVE MADE THIS ONLY ONCE BEFORE BUT I CAN TELL YOU IT IS DELICIOUS AND ABSOLUTELY EASY TO MAKE - REALLY REALLY GOOD

This recipe is FABULOUS! I have made it several times to rave reviews & often have requests of my dinner guests for this dessert. It's perfect with cofee.

Delicious! I'm always looking for yummy desserts that are safe for my friend who is allergic to alcohol, which eliminates the use of flavour extracts. This cheesecake is a winner although it took much longer than 45 min. to cook...more like 75! Only change was to use real whipped cream for the topping.
