I used a previous suggestion and served in martini glasses, very elegant and I put lime tortilla chips around the bottom of the glasses for add'l lime flavour. I also drained the juice about an hr before serving. Definitely would make again.

SUPER EASY, SUPER FAST & SUPER TASTY. VERY REFRESHING. I DIDN'T STRAIN ALL THE JUICE OUT CUZ IT ADDED MORE FLAVOR. I USED THE CHIPS 'SCOOPS' INSTEAD OF THE REG CHIP, IT WAS MUCH EASIER TO EAT. YUMMY

I made this for company the other day, everyone loved it! It is a nice, light and refreshing change from shrimp cocktail. I only had 1/2 cup of lime juice but I think that was just enough...it wasn't overpowering the shrimp or other flavors. I will make this one again, maybe adding in the red onion as suggested.

While this recipe was tasty it took way longer to make than advertised and no one ate it because it was too messy. The large chunks fell off the chips. I would never make it again.

Delicious bright flavours - I served it as a first course at New Years. Particularly pretty in Martini glasses with a lime wheel perched on the side. Would also be great for a girly lunch on a hot summer day, with a glass (or two) or icy-cold champagne! Easy to throw together and you can make it way ahead of time - perfect! (I omitted the tortilla chips.)
