I made the one with beans and corn. It was really good! Different from normal tuna casseroles.

Yuck! Some things just don't go with curry. Tuna is one of them. I'm going to try it again with another spice.

I replaced the mayo with fat free yogurt w/oregano seasoning and it was just as creamy and lower in fat. They were jealous at work the next day!

I made the casserole with the Dijon, celery, and apple. Served with a three-lettuce salad for dinner. Delicious! Canadianquilter

I made the casserole with the beans, corn and salsa. It was the most delicious tuna casserole ever! Highly recommended and easy to prepare.

I used canned tomatoes, peas and mushrooms. This is by far the best Tuna Casserole I have ever tried.

I added one cup of salsa to this recipe, and my family loved it. Very good for that night you do not have time to prepare a meal.
