Take a little oil, 1 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread, 1/4 cup flour, 2 cups milk, Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese, flour tortillas and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options	add-in choices	vegetable possibilities
chicken strips	salsa	peppers and onions
sirloin strips	tomato sauce	mushrooms and onions
pork strips	orange juice	zucchini and onions
black beans, drained and rinsed	vegetable cocktail	mushrooms, onions, peppers and zucchini

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COOK meat (a pound for 4) in a little oil in a frypan until almost cooked. Stir in a few spoonfuls add-ins and a handful per person of sliced vegetables. Set aside.

MICROWAVE a mixture of 1 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread, 1/4 cup flour and 2 cups milk for 4-6 minutes, or until heated through, stirring after 3 minutes. Add in a few handfuls Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese and stir until melted. Pour into frypan with meat and vegetables, reserving a little sauce for topping.

FILL tortillas with mixture, wrap and place in a baking dish. Top with reserved sauce and a little more cheese. Bake at 375° F for 25 minutes.

Made this last night for the first time, AMAZING!! I made half the cheese sauce as recommended and there was the perfect amount. My husband who is so picky asked me to make a double batch next time for leftovers.

just made this for the first time.... loved it!! The only thing I would change, as others have said, is less sauce. Will make again and again. My husband is a very picky eater and even he loved it.

This is a great recipe!! It does make a lot of sauce though;you could easily make 8 tortillas.

This was really good - needed more thickening, and the veggies added a lot of water to the chicken mix, so I had to drain off the water. I too only used about 1/2 the sauce the recipe called for and it was a lot less messy. Will make again!

This is one of my families very favorite recipes. My daughter comes home from university and requests it. It's a little messy and visually unappealing to serve to company. But if your going for taste then serve it anyway.

very tasty, but the recipe made way too much sauce!! I used less than a quarter of the sauce I made and used MANGO LIME salsa- yum!! Everyone loved the results.
