PLACE meat in shallow dish; brush with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Refrigerate 30 min.
HEAT greased barbecue to medium heat. Grill meat 30 min. or until done (160ºF), turning after 15 min. Cool slightly. Cut into thin strips; set aside.
MIX remaining dressing, sugar and soy sauce in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. Add cabbage and onions; toss to coat. Spoon onto platter; top with meat, sesame seed and cilantro.
