A definite hit! I used frozen strawberries and a strawberry daiquiri mix instead...and it turned out great! I will be definitely be making this again :)

This recipe wasn't bad but it really wasn't anything special. Found the crust very hard and the filling didn't even taste like cheesecake. Very disappointing!

Since blueberries are abundant these days, I used it with TrueBlue wild blueberries cocktail. I thought freezing takes time and will make the cake watery when thawed, I added a packet of powdered gelatin. I was right and it turned out awesome! I will definitely make this recipe again. Thanks a lot!

I have been making this cheesecake for 3-4 yrs! Always 4 our family reunion. It is always the 1st empty dish! When I use fresh strawberries or blackcap raspberries, instead of juice I use same jello pwder[dissolved in the 1-3/4 cup hot water] My family LOVES it!

I nade this for summer family bbq when Rick & Ronnie were visiting. This must have been very good because I did not even get a smell of it before it was all gone.
