What You Need

1-1/4 cups Honey Maid Graham Crumbs

1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

3/4 cup sugar

1-1/3 cups raspberry juice

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Make It

MIX graham crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Whisk in remaining ingredients; pour over crust.

FREEZE 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 min. to soften slightly before serving.

Variation

Prepare using your favourite fresh berries, such as strawberries or blueberries, and/or your favourite fruit drink, such as orange juice, limeade, grape juice or pink lemonade.

Substitute

For variety, substitute your favourite crushed Christie Cookies for the graham crumbs. Just use the food processor or blender to easily crush the cookies into crumbs.

Special Extra

Garnish with additional thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping.

I made this as a dessert when we had my best friend and her husband over for dinner. We "mmmmm'd" all the way through it! It was AWESOME! I would like to try it with strawberry next time. It is a great summer-time dessert.

Excellent dessert. Loads of taste, minimal effort. Everyone was impressed. Preferred chocolate base than graham, but both were good.

What fantastic desert! I finished it off by splashing melted chocolate all over it and topped it off with fresh strawberries in the middle!

This was a nice and refreshing dessert. I used blueberries and topped it with whipped cream and blueberries. This recipe will certainly feed a large group. I think it would be super with strawberries too.

My 12 yr old twin grand daughters make this delicious Cheesdcake, served it as a birthday cake. Great raves, beautifully garnished with whole strawberries and mint leaves.
