COMBINE whipped topping and food colouring. Spread green topping evenly inside 4 dessert dishes, to make 'rind'. Place in freezer while preparing jelly.
ADD boiling water to jelly powder. Stir until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes. Stir 3 to 5 min. or until jelly thickens. Remove any unmelted ice. Spoon into prepared dessert dishes.
POKE chocolate chips into jelly to make 'seeds'. Refrigerate 30 min.
