The best part of this is the easy cheese sauce in the microwave. Use a little more cheese and you don't need the breadcrumbs. You can substitute mayonnaise for the miracle whip. Don't worry about the sauce congealing you can put it back in the microwave for 30 sec at a time and whisk to make it smooth again. Makes a great sauce for macaroni cheese. Make a easy side dish by cooking the cauliflower cut normally in pieces.

I didn't like the sweetness in this - it didn't jive with the cauliflower in my opinion. But my hubby and kids ate it up with no complaining!

This is an excellent side dish for dinner ham and scalloped potatoes. I have to tell you that everyone loved this so much that they were scrapping the dish

I enjoyed it very much though I was missing bread crumbs & used unsalted crushed crackers. I also used cheese curds mixed with cheddar in my food chopper. I added 1/4 tsp oregano & parsley to my sauce. All in all very tasty. I froze half of the recipe.

I am not even a cauliflower lover but this recipe has changed that. I serve it all the time. I haven't found anyone who don't like it. It makes a great change from ordinary peas and corn.
