I served this to a big group of guests and almost everyone said it was the best potato salad they had ever had! It's delicious!

Fantastic! Very, very close to my Mom's recipe which uses a homemade salad dressing but seeing as I don't know how to make that dressing this salad is perfect! I doubled the amount of eggs and it was great.

My Family loved it and I think its my favourite potato salad. I did add 1/3 cup of the pickle juice to the recipe. DELISH!

Awsome for potluck and picnics..added kraft dill cream cheese to hot drained potatoes and cubed into the pot. One crushed garlic clove. Fresh chives and a tiny bits of red pepper for colour. A spoonfull of Dijon mustard, Kraft Thousand Island Dressing, chopped celery and carrot sticks for some crunch. Spooned into a nice serving dish layered a ring of sliced hard boiled eggs, fresh dill and gently sprinkled smoked praprika on top. Tastes better the next day ! A big request for family gatherings everytime.

This is my FAVOURITE potato salad recipe. Just love it! The only change I make is I use one bunch of finely chopped green onions rather than the cooking onion. Other than that change ... it is perfect. Don't mess with it!!! I am hard pressed to not eat the entire bowl myself!
