What You Need

1 cup boiling water

1 pkg. (10.1 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Strawberry Jelly Powder

2 cups ice cubes

1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding

2 cups cubed angel food cake (1/2-inch cubes)

2 kiwi, peeled, chopped

1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) mandarin oranges, drained

3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

Make It

ADD boiling water to dry jelly powder; stir until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until jelly is slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Refrigerate 10 min.

MEANWHILE, prepare pudding as directed on package.

DIVIDE cake cubes evenly among 6 parfait glasses or dessert cups; cover with layers of the partially set jelly, pudding, kiwi and oranges. Top each with 2 Tbsp. of the whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 15 min. before serving. Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.

Make it Easy

Substitute 2 cups chopped drained fruit in a jar for the kiwi and mandarin oranges.

So easy and so good. Most requested dessert. I omit the whipped topping to cut out those few extra calories.

Unbelievably great dessert! Very easy to make and my family just loved the light fresh taste. I used fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries and pound cake instead of the angel food cake. I think any combination of fruit will work here! Wonderful.....
