I have used this recipe for years, saw it in almost the first printing of your what's cooking magazine years ago and so easy and no flour which is good for me now that i am watching no wheat in my diet. thanks a lot

So easy. So delicious. Just make sure you use the right type of peanut butter, don't use the 100% natural peanut butter otherwise the peanut oils will make the cookies greasy (yuck). Just use either the creamy kind or the chunky one. Also, you can add chocolate chips, other nuts, whatever you like. :) And don't keep the cookies too close to the other cookies on the pan when baking.

It is unbelievable how such a simple recipe produces such a superior cookie. The taste is straight-to-the point peanut butter but the creamy and crumbly texture is what makes this cookie something to write home about. Tip: add about 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and these cookies are even more delicious!

Our son does not like cake or ice-cream, so Birthday cakes are always a challenge. So, we double this recipe and make 1 huge cookie in a large shallow, round pan, then decorate with icing or melted chocolate chips. Its a hit every year.

Yes these are super easy to make, but why bother making something that doesn't taste good? The "batter" is like a goo that I am not sure how you could strike a fork through to make the cookies look the way they do in the picture. Won't make again!1

I made a few adjustment to this recipe. I doubled the recipe and used icing sugar instead of granulated sugar and Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter. It makes 12 large cookies. If you dust you hands with icing sugar when you are making balls with the mixture it is easy to form and won't stick. I bake the cookies at 350 for 20 minutes. I let them sit for 5-10 minutes on the cookie sheet and then remove them carefully and let them cool completely before storing them. The cookies freeze well and are delicious and addictive right out of the freezer. :)
