This meal was delicious. I doubled it and ate the leftovers the next day. My daughter, who NEVER goes for seconds, went for seconds!

I make a variation of this recipe. I season the beef with cumin and chili powder while cooking and instead of chili stewed tomatoes, I use about 1/2 cup of salsa then top with my favorite taco veggies and sour cream. Very flavorful.

this dish was very flavorful. The family thought it was very good but i found it to be too salty.

My 8 year old had 3 bowls in one sitting. My finicky 4 year old has 2 bowls. I was amazed. They obviously loved it. I added frozen corn to the recipe. Next time, I'll try red kidney beans
