I chose to make the vegetarian option, but I used some variation - I used onion, eggplant and whole canned tomatoes, but I also added chopped fresh golden beets and brussel sprouts. I also used a cream-based dressing, but not caesar. It was tasty and very easy. I will try a meat option next time.

I have made this twice and it is so good! My hubby is pretty picky but he really liked this. The chops were very tender andd flavourful.

I used turkey sausages and added extra veggies. I also used Kraft Golden Italian Dressing (which gave it a great flavour). My husband loved it!

I made this using Italian turkey sausages, cabbage, onions, and apples. I mixed a bit of apple juice into the Catalina dressing to make it a bit less intense and it was DELICIOUS! The possibilities are endless!!!

Good recipe. Really easy to make. I did chicken with veggies and Catalina for company. Will make it again for sure.

I made the chicken dish, but used the pork vegetables: so delicious! Make sure to toss and coat well but avoid drowning the dish in too much dressing- it can be a bit intense otherwise.

I made the pork dish for a couple of friends and they loved it. I will make it again.

These were all very good. Our favourite was the one with italian sausage. When l made it with chicken my daughter suggested potatoes instead of the parsnips. Loved the fact it is a one dish meal,

Very good and quick dinner. It gives a new twist to the plain baked meat dish. I will definitely cook it again.
