THIS RECIPE IS AWESOME. I EVEN ADDED COOKED SHRIMP(PEELED) THAT HAD BEEN MARINATING IN CHOPPED GARLIC AND MELTED BUTTER. I JUST WARMED THEM TO ROOM TEMPERATURE IN THE MICROWAVE, SCOOPED OUT THE SHRIMP AND DISCARDED THE GARLIC BUTTER AND ADDED THE SCHRIMP WHEN I ADDED THE VEGTABLES AND DRESSING.

We really enjoyed this simple meal. It made mushrooms edible for me and zucchini edible for my husband!
