Absolutely love this recipe. After printing this recipe, I made it twice (within 2 weeks). I love that it is not too sweet, and looks so elegant that it could be served in any restaurant.

I've made this several times and it was a hit each and every time. It's a little sweet so a little goes a long ways. Serve with cool whip and enjoy!

Doubled recipe for crust but used UNSALTED BUTTER, AND ICING SUGAR -for more of a shortbread cookie crust for 10 inch springform pan. And doubled recipe for filling, and used 6 Bartlett pears. Added 1 TBSP pear liquor to cheesecake batter and baked 12 min at 425 F, then 40 min at 375 F. Raved reviews from family! They wanted recipe.

Absolutely a keeper.Easy and quick to make and looks nice presented with a dust of icing sugar on a plate.A great taste with ingredients you will have already in the home.
