Terrific quick and easy recipe. I doubled the recipe, using 2 lbs ground beef, 2 boxes regular KD, 2 cups salsa (didn't double that), and 1 cup regular shredded cheddar. I think that's close enough I can still say I made it! Either way, the family wants me to make it again. I might stir in a little more liquid next time, though, as my pasta welded to the bottom of my skillet!

So quick and easy to make, I couldn't access the recipe at the time and made it from memory. Recommend using the salsa whether you have tomatoes or not.

Quick and easy! The kids loved and i took the advice, added peppers, onions and garlic as well as chili powder to kick it up a bit! A definite keeper for a speedy meal.
