What You Need

1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine

3/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, divided

35 Nilla Vanilla Wafers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)

1/4 cup chopped peanuts

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

Make It

LINE 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave margarine and 1/4 cup peanut butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 sec.; stir until margarine is melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in crumbs and nuts; press onto bottom of prepared pan.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and remaining peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip; spread over crust.

DRIZZLE with syrup; swirl with knife. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into squares.

Excellent! I used chunky peanut butter which made no difference. The crushed Nilla wafers combined with chopped peanuts make a very tasty crust.

I've made this many times, both with the Nilla wafers and graham crumbs and add chopped peanuts to the top as well. What a hit!!!! Everyone loves it and can't get enough. You can't go wrong with this recipe, simple and delish!!!!!

I used graham wafer crumbs instead of the Nilla cookies, and crunchy peanut butter, instead of smooth, and it was great. I brought it to a bbq, and people were getting up for thirds. It was easy to make and everyone loved it. I'll be making this one again and again.

made this the first time but with graham wafer crumbs, it was very good . everyone loved it. so today i made it again and added 1 banana, chunked it up . well this was even better. they were both hits with familly and freinds
