used chocolate mint Girl Guide cookies on the bottom - excellent. A fresh rasberry on top for colour....everyobody loved them

Made these over Christmas and they were a huge hit. I used both oreo and shortbread cookies and both turned out great! I topped with cherry pie filling also, which was delicious! Will definitely make again and again!

I just made this recipe and they are delicious i was able to make 50 mini cheesecakes with the mini oreo cookies they are fabulous! although i might try dipping the cookies in milk first just to soften them a bit like someone else mentioned for the next time i make them.

Loved it! I couldn't quick make them round, it migh be because I over filled the muffin cups, But circles are over rated anyways.

I made these using 1/2 the oreo cookie and scraped off the icing then filled with the cappachino cheese cake filling ----WOW--- with a dollop of stabilized whipped cream--delicious

These are amazing. I didn't even put the whipped cream on the top. They look elegant, taste wonderful and are easy and not too expensive to make.

The boys loved them. Youngest one managed to eat all his supper just to get one. Put three smarties on top for some added color. Big hit!
