I made this with plums + apples the 1st time &, as another reviewer pointed out,the apples did not fully cook so the 2nd time making it I used all plums...it was fantastic....I have been asked for the recipe & am making it as dessert for a Christmas dinner party this weekend.

I made the dessert but found the fruit on top did not cook and tasted awful while the rest of the dessert tasted great. Now I top it with frozen blueberries and its really delicious. Lately I have made it into tarts with a dollop of mincemeat at the bottom and use this recipe instead of regular mince tarts - succulent!

Great recipe that's easy on the cheese and adaptable. I think I made it different every time I've baked this cheesecake, ie. graham/vanilla wafer crust or pear topping. You can drop the amount of sugar as well since maple syrup itself is sweet.

Really good. I'm a real fan of shortbread type crusts. My son loves chocolate, but even he really loved this.

I made this looking forward to the dessert for Thanksgiving and it was the worst thing I ever made. I followed the receipe to the letter, it did not bake properly. I can to throw it out, what a waste and so many people hungry...heart breaking.

Everyone enjoyed this recipe. I found it easy to make but only needed one plumb and one apple. I would definitely make it again!

Very beautiful to serve to company. Makes it look like you worked really hard but it was surprisingly easy. The taste is wonderful too! Definitely a repeat favourite!

I have made this several times for my company and for pot lucks. It is definitely a make again. Very nice with different fruit.

Excellent...and so pretty. Made it 3 times already. Once just as per recipe and with slight variotions the next two times. Did one with apricot glaze on the fruit and once I added a streusel topping....amazingly yummmmy!
