This meal is so easy and fast to prepare. It was delicious! I like that it can be made for any meal time too.

Salty, due to the fact that boxed stuffing is very salty. Very easy to make, and tasty. Good for a quick meal when you don't have much in the house! I used "break free" liquid eggs, and it still turned out well.

The second time I made it, I used 6 eggs instead, and it was much nicer. I also used frozen cut mixed peppers and frozen spinach (both were thawed and drained). My 4 yr old gobbled it up and asked for more!!

Was easy to make and tasted good. I cooked it a little longer as it did not look like it was done after 40 mins - ended up a little dry - next time will stick with the 40 mins.

Easy, quick, and versatile. I even got a thumbs up from my very picky five-year-old! I'm definitely going to try many different combinations with this simple recipe!

What a great weeknight meal! I cooked it a bit longer to make sure the eggs were cooked through. The whole family loved it and it was a nice hearty meal, served with some roasted potatoes.

This was an absoulte hit! I fried up some asparagus, onions, and red and yellow pepper with garlic before putting it in with the egg mixture, I used left over ham, but i will try bacon next time just for something different. For something spicy try adding some cayenne pepper on top..VERY TASTY!..it was also good leftovers, I had it for the week for breakfast, just heat some up and had it on some toast. This is something ill be making OFTEN! A must try!

Great for dinner or brunch! Try adding bacon instead of ham, or even try with leftover turkey and broccoli!
