this was very easy to make, but it had no flavor. I had to add other ingredients in order for my family to eat it.

I really enjoyed this dish. Its uses simple ingredients. I'm going to serve it to company as part of an asian themes dinner served with spring rolls or imperial rolls. Yum!

I turned it into a vegetarian dish. Instead of beef, I used firm tofu. Threw in some soy sauce and it came out beautifully.

Really enjoyed this recipe. I added broccoli and yellow peppers. Also, I used rice noodles with a little bit of soya sauce mixed in.

Made this with Mother at her place. It was a nice change from the normal Ditch the sauce for diebetic and go with a black bean sauce...

This is a wonderful recipe which I make often. However, one can of stock is clearly not enough for all those vegetables. I usually use four.
