This was a great recipe, very easy. I think you could use this as a base recipe and try many variations. Green peppers and italian seasoning and cracked pepper diced tomatoes is very good. I just sprinkled chicken with Italian seasoning and layed green pepper rings thinly sliced on top and mixed tomatoes in with stuffing.

Very yummy. Only thing I would like is maybe more stuffing as I can't think of what else to have with it besides salad, leaving me a little hungry. I also made it with the garlic & olive oil diced tomatoes, yum yum.

I made this for dinner, it was a hit.Extremly easy and yummy ! I added extra mozarella in the tomato and stove top mix. I will definetly do this again.Plus I've just printed the recipe for 2 of my friends.Thanks !!

This is a fantastic dish to cook on a weeknight when you don't have a lot of time. My husband and 2 children (10 & 6)all love this recipe. It is great served with roasted potatoes. Tastes even better the next day!

I have been making this dish for about 4 years now and everyone I've made it for just loves it! I serve it with tri-coloured fusilli and a fresh salad. Super easy meal!

Very quick and easy dinner idea. I mix in some sauteed onions with the chicken, and use feta cheese in place of the mozzarella.

This recipe was very easy and very delicious. I used whole chicken thighs (bone in)instead of boneless chicken breasts; took a bit longer to cook, but it was worth it. I'd definately make this again!
