I love coconut and white chocolate, so these cookies were a no-brainer. Excellent recipe. Just make sure to drop them nice and small on the cookie sheet b/c they really expand.

These were amazing cookies! I used orange peel instead of lemon peel, and omitted the chocolate. It was faboulous!!

these are really great tasting, i had the same problem as everyone else with them flattening out but i added an extra scoop of flour an extra(TBSP)of sugar and about 3-4 extra tbsps of coconut and it turned out awesome.hopr e that helps someone else.

The first batch seemed too hard/crispy on the outside but I cut back my time on the second batch and they were better. I had to substitute white chocolate chips (around 1/2 cup) so maybe that affected it, but it worked out well and they are quite delicious.

After several others complaining of flat cookies I decided to cut the egg whites to 3...it made a huge difference. I also tried a variation of this recipe with no citrus or chocolate, but instead added 1/2 tsp almond extract - delish!

Yummy and easy to make. I dyed the coconut orange and made them for Halloween. They disappeared in a flash.
