Had tis with fish (sole) for supper with some of my friends and it was a hit! Very delicious and quick to make. They left with the recipe!

The toasted almonds adds a nice touch and flavour. Was a hit at Thanksgiving. I used sliced carrots instead of baby carrots. Will definately be having these more often.

march 2005 this recipe is outstanding in both flavour and simplicity as well as being very quick to make. I made it as a side dish at Easter dinner and it was a huge hit!
