I made this as cupcakes for a small get together and they were a hit!!! I had plenty of frosting left over so I froze it and used it with other desserts.

I have made this before and YES it keeps well. I put mine into a LARGE cake tin and kept in a cool place. ( I have a porch with no heat ) Everyone raves with this cake and I'm keeping it in my " KEEP" list. Hope this helps Deborah235.

Help! I want to make this for thanksgiving dinner but I need to be able to make it the day before and serve the following evening. Has anyone done this and if so has it held up. Please advise. I rated it 5* based on other reviews and that it sounds delish.

had to use dolce sauce and candied pecans. Was easy to make but needed to be kept refrigerated if made in advance

Fantastic! I made this cake for a party and substituted the nuts for coconut, as one friend has nut allergies. What a yummy why to top off the evening. Putting the pumpkin in the icing is a great idea!
