I used limes and no zest, used light cream cheese and replaced the pecans by walnuts. They turned out perfect. I also used my food processor to mix the crust then wiped it clean and made the filling. It was easy to make and delicious!

I made this recpe twice. I followed it exactly. My bars did not form on top - they stayed "runny" and made a huge mess when cutting. This happened both times and the second time I even cooked a litle longer. I was very disappointed.

Great lemony dessert. Have made lemon squares before, but the cream cheese gives these bars the creamy texture. They are absolutely delicious. A fantastic recipe and easy to make.

My boyfriend never like deserts...but when he one of bars, he couldn't stop. I made another batch, this time replaces the lemon with lime, it's taste even better. All my family and friends insisted that I'm to share the recipe.
