Very Good! I doubled the sauce because I was making a bigger batch, and because I had some veggies to use up I threw in broccoli, peppers and bean sprouts into the mix as well, VERY tasty!! I will definitely be making this one again!

Loved this recipe. It's so easy! When I make it again, I will double the sauce ingredients. I served it with rice vermicelli noodles which take only 3 minutes to cook and suit the recipe so well!
