very yummy! It can be made with ground beef as well and I add a 19 oz can of chopped seasoned tomatoes. I season the beef with montreal steak spice while browning and use what ever shredded cheese I have on hand - mozza or tex-mex

I loved the quickness of this recipe. I added 14oz.canned tomatoes and 5oz. hot salsa and used tex mex cheese and a little hot sauce. Also used lean ground beef. and I would make this one many times over.

This was easy enough to make. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. Great for leftovers too. I would cut back the basil qty a bit next time, though.

I liked this one a lot. Very quick and easy. I used a half jar of bruschetta instead of tomatoes or plain chopped tomatoes. I also added mushrooms, and peppers to the dish. Very tasty.

This is a quick, satisfying and delicious meal. It is full of flavour, and my boyfriend loves it too. I use brown minute rice, and I really liked the ground beef substitution, as well as the canned tomatoes. (quicker and delicious) Try it with TEX MEX shredded cheese for a zippier dish.

I thought this was good, however there was a lot of liquid left over and I used a turkey baster to remove it. I don't know if I did anything wrong, I followed the recipe as recommended. However, I have never used minute rice before. If I make it again I would not put a whole can of beef stock in.

One of my favorite recipes to make, so quick and easy. In a pinch I sometimes substitute ground beef for the steak and it still tastes wonderful, plus adding more beef and more rice will stretch the dish if you're planning company.

I loved it, the tomatoes and the garlic and parsley tasted just like bruschetta bread, and the rice was just enough to fill you up and you got your meat in there too, You could substitiute the beef for chichen. I also added green onion for a little color.
