PLACE meat in large resealable plastic bag. Add 1 cup Kraft Dressing; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat meat with the dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to marinate. (Salmon only needs to marinate 1 hour.)
PREHEAT barbecue to medium heat. Combine 1/2 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce and the add-ins. Remove meat from the marinade; discard bag and marinade.
GRILL meat 7 min.; turn over. Continue grilling until cooked through, brushing occasionally with the barbecue sauce mixture. (Or, if cooking salmon steaks, cook 5 min. on each side or until salmon flakes easily with fork.)
