The Shake and Bake method is amazing! A perfect dinner and great as leftovers. Way better than using a canned tomato sauce with your pasta.

I tried this last night for supper and what a hit!I had used the lower calorie method with shake and bake and it was easy and tasty to boot.It will be on our menu again before too long. I'd like to comment on the new What's Cooking also.There are so many recipies in it that I am going to try.I really like the ones where we have the option of using a low calorie method also--- I just can't say enough good about the book.THANKYOU!

So delicious! I have made Chicken Parmesan before but not using the ShakeNBake method, it helped keep the chicken moist and tender. All I had in the freezer was a small 3 lb chicken so i just cut it up and took out the bones and skin (only took at max 10 mins) and used all pieces (white and dark) coated them in shake and bake and went from there... sooo good served with pasta and the sauce ..

totaly awesome for quick dinner.... I also cheated and served this to my husband fishing party after a long day on water. results WOW and they think he's so spoiled..thanks Kraft
