So delicious! I have made Chicken Parmesan before but not using the ShakeNBake method, it helped keep the chicken moist and tender. All I had in the freezer was a small 3 lb chicken so i just cut it up and took out the bones and skin (only took at max 10 mins) and used all pieces (white and dark) coated them in shake and bake and went from there... sooo good served with pasta and the sauce ..
