What You Need

110 g whole wheat spaghetti, broken in half, uncooked

1-1/2 cups sugar snap peas

1/2 red pepper, cut into strips

2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing

1/2 lb. (225 g) well-trimmed boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

1 Tbsp. Kraft Peanut Butter

1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 green onions, sliced

2 Tbsp. unsalted peanuts

Make It

COOK spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding peas and peppers to the boiling water for the last 2 min.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 3 min. or until meat is medium doneness. Add peanut butter and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 min. or until sauce is thickened.

DRAIN spaghetti mixture. Add to skillet with onions; toss to coat. Top with nuts.

Very easy and very good! I will use a better quality meat next time as both times I made this, I bought whatever beef was already cut into stips for stir fry at the store and the meat came out a little tough. Still very good and super easy!

did not come out the way it looks in the picture. just had a kind of weird, dry taste to it. would not recommend it or therefore mke it again.

Awesome!, left out the peanuts (not the peanut butter), and added thin sliced celery. Doubled the dressing. My brother said it was the best meal i've ever cooked for him.
