Fabulous recipe! I like the jello-pudding better then icing. Do not use heavy candy like jube-jubes and such as they will slide off. But sparkles and cinamon hearts stayed on great!

I was very disappointed that the cinnamon hearts ran into the icing and I hadn't even finished decorating all of the cupcakes yet! Presentation wise, cinnamon hearts look great, but use the sugared jellied candies.

This was a very easy and quick recipe...we all loved. The taste was fabulous. Just a friendly tip...do not decorate with smarties...the colours run into the icing. However, we still took it to school for the bakesale.(It was too late for me to make a new batch...unfortunately I decorated all the cupcakes with Smarties due to the peanut free policy at my daughters school.

I really enjoyed making this fast and easy recipe. I am going to present this to one special lady whose birthday is on Valentine's Day. I am going to make a few batches up for all to enjoy on her special day as well. Great idea!! *smiles*
