ok, I have a hard time eating 'spanikopita', which is an appetizer made with spinach and phyllo. They often taste too spinachy and have a sludgy texture. I didn't know if these would be similar and was really happy the way they turned out. Spanikopita has no comparison to these roll-ups. They taste amazing! I made some to freeze for a party and baked just a few for some surprise company and boy were they delicious! Darn that I had to share! Didn't want to..I could have eaten them all. My daughter loved them too. I will be making them frequently in the future.

This Recipe Is Flipping Amazing! I Make Them Ahead & Freeze Them, My Boyfriend Takes A Log Out & Has It For A Mid-Night Snack, Healthy & Filling I Couldnt Find That Type Of Feta Cheese, So I Purchased Regular Feta Cheese & A Package Of Sun-Dried Tomatoes (Chopped Them Up & Added It In The Mix) TASTES GREAT!!

These are SO good and SO easy to make! I tried them on my hubby before our Christmas potluck, just to make sure they were edible and now I have friends and family begging me to make them for Christmas and New Year's parties! So yummy!

So easy to make and so portable. I had to drive for 4 hours to my family gathering so just popped them in a container in a cooler & baked them there. I couldn't find some of the ingredients at my local supermarket so I subbed regular cream cheese for herb and garlic and found a feta with basil and sun dried tomatoes then just grinded some pepper into the mix.

Excellent! I didn't have feta on hand, so substituted with shredded mozzarella; they turned out delicious and were a huge hit.

I make this recipe every year however I add a rounded teaspoon of garlic. My guests love them. I make individual ones that are shaped like triangles. See inside phyllo pastry box for details. I make ahead & freeze. Then I can take out as many as I like.

This recipe is great I alwats make it ahead of time and freeze it. Just pop it in the oven when unexpected guest arrive.
