What You Need

1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread

1/2 cup flour

3 cups milk

2 cups Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese, divided

1-1/2 lb. (675 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2 cup salsa

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

16 small flour tortillas

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX Miracle Whip and flour in medium saucepan with whisk until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese; cook 2 to 3 min. or until melted, stirring constantly. Reserve 1 cup sauce.

STIR chicken, salsa and parsley into remaining sauce; spoon 1/3 cup down centre of each tortilla. Roll up. Place 8 roll-ups, seam-sides down, in each of 2 (13x9-inch) baking dishes sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved sauce and remaining cheese.

BAKE 25 min. or until heated through.

Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing and a cold glass of milk.

Assemble recipe as directed; cover with foil. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, covered, 40 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min. My family and I have made this several times already and love all the sauce. It is especially good warmed up the next day as well. I also used the big wraps and it still worked out well. Will make it again for sure.

My family loves this recipe and I've made it quite a few times now. Unlike what others said, we don't find it too saucy at all. I serve it with sour cream and salsa. Very yummy!

Everyone in my house loved this. Was a little too much sauce so i added uncooked rice in with the chicken mixture also added red and green peppers and onions. The rice cooked on it's own in the oven and soaked up the extra sauce. Was perfect!

very good and easy to make. I used large tortillas and it worked great, also added some sauteed red and orange peppers and would do so again. I think it would be good with corn added as well.
