This dessert is easy and great! I make it all the time in small long stemmed parfait glasses. It looks wonderful. I have done every kind of jello, cherry is my favourite, sometimes I add fruit at the bottom but mostly we like it just plain and then I top it with a spoonful of coolwhip. For Christmas I did 3 different colours and it looked so pretty. I have had compliments "every" time I have made this. Looks so classy too.
