Very good and very tasty. I used prosciutto instead of regular deli ham, and also added thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes. Consequently, it was a bit chunkier than the instructions intend, and I ended up cutting them a bit thicker. Next time I make them, I'm going to try with feta cheese and olive paste.

This was a huge hit! I used rosemary ham, which only added more flavour! The only thing I would change is to slice them a bit thicker than called for. Unless I did something wrong, then these were just a bit too thin and hard to slice if you try to cut them in to the 24 slices as mentioned. Otherwise, these taste fantastic and are very easy to make! A great make-ahead appetizer!
