The first time I made this, I substituted Kraft Light 4-Cheese Italian shredded cheese for the Swiss, but kept everything else the same. We found the dish much too dry & didn't like the taste of the Miracle Whip. I made it again last night, still using the Kraft Light cheese, & also substituted low-fat sour cream for the Miracle Whip & doubled the milk to 1 1/2 cups. Turned out moist & flavourful. Will continue to make this dish using my substitutions.
