I do not know why people continually BOIL ribs. This is horrible. IF you want lean meat buy a loin at a much reduced price. Boiling ribs is a pointless waste of the price you pay for the ribs. Stick to a low and slow method of real BBQing and the results will be much better.

There ribs are great - and so easy! Even those in my family who aren't crazy about ribs liked these. I chose the stovetop pre-cooking method and added some whole cloves to the water while boiling. Nice!
