it was very good but i think there was a touch too much mint flavour, maybe one less cookie and it would be perfect.

Just tried it out. Yummy is right! I put some in small containers to freeze a little more. I'm not sure I put enough ice in it. But that's ok, because it's something I will be making again.

My 12 year made this by herself--she was very proud of the results, it's a great treat for a hot summer day!The mints make it.......yummmmmmyy!!
