I made this not long ago. I didn't frost it and I didn't add any chocolate chunks, but it was moist and beautiful. Everyone who tried it loved it.

So good, very moist. I forgot to add the ginger, and it still turned out great. I also used chocolate chips instead.

Great cake. Made it for a birthday at my work and it was a hit. Only thing i would change would be more icinng.

Excellent! I made this cake for a few of my neighbors at Thanksgiving, as well as my own family. It was a huge hit. My advice would be to try it, you won't be dissapointed.

I used the yellow cake mix for this and semi-sweet chocolate chips. It was delicious! I forgot to buy cool whip, so I didn't frost it, but it was a hit anyways!!!
