Fabulous and ultra easy! I used frozen ravioli but cooked it first to help speed things up. Took about 35-40 min.

This is not a vegetarian dish as it uses beef broth. Water or vegetable broth should be called for to really claim this as a vegetarian dish.

After making this dish many a time I really recomend it. Althought the majority of the time I leace out the diced tomatoes and add in extra beef broth I still think it turns out amazing each time. My family and friends love the fact that it us quick and easy to make aswell.

OMG....my family loved this recipe. I didn't have any canned tomatoes so I added a small can of pizza sauce and a half a cup of salsa. It was so easy and delicious even my husband could make it.

My family calls this a 10 out of 10. I made it with frozen cheese filled tortellini's as I didn't have ravioli. It was superb!
