I haven't tried it with rancher's choice dressing, but I have used Kraft Catalina Dressing and it is DELICIOUS!

I make this one all the time for my kids and they love it when I say "it's Taco Salad night". A good alternate is to substitute the nacho chips with some Nacho Cheese Doritos. Or even use ground chicken or turkey instead of beef. Awesome!

I'm not a fan of Ranch dressing so I use Catalina dressing instead and used Fritos corn chips instead of tortilla chips. My husband loves my salad..and he's a very picky eater

Super easy to make and super yummy :) I added some peppers, and mixed the salsa and ranch dressing together.

This was a great meal, including many of the necessary food groups! It's like having a salad, for the salad lovers, and a nice meaty meal too! It was quick and easy to make, with inexpensive foods and everyone loved it. It's like tacos without the mess of it falling apart in your hands.
