Big hit in our home! Only downfall....it didn't last more than 24 hours....hubby had it for breakfast! Lol I couldn't find lemon pudding that didn't require cooking first, so I substituted with a package of vanilla pudding and half a package of lemon jello powder. Amazing! The topping was like a soft marshmallow texture :)

Delicious !! I Will definitely be making this cake again. Followed recipe exactly, I also lined cake pans with Saran Wrap as was suggested in reviews. Great suggestion, this made it easier to take the cakes out without them breaking. Garnished with grated lemon zest. When I make this cake again I'm going to try injecting the lemon jello with a food syringe or turkey baster.

Easy, easy and beyond delicious. Didn't put the lemons on top, but did put fresh mint. Everyone raved about it.

Very easy to make, I don't have 2 rounds, so made, but you don't need layers. just make 9X13 poke holes with fork, so bigger, and only 1 jello, not 2. But it was delicious.

Basically rating this on taste alone. Followed the recipe to a "T". Bake the cakes, cool them, take them out of the pans, wash the pans, line the pans with plastic wrap. The holes need to be made bigger, not just with a skewer, so the jello has a hole to go to...not just around the edges! I refridgerated the cake overnight and when I assembled it, the top layer split! A lot of work for a cake, but it did have nice flavor. IF I make it again I am going to try it with holes poked by a wooden spoon handle and one package of jello.
