I served this with Pork Tenderloin & it was a hit! Doesn't have to be for breakfast. I will certainly do this again

This recipe is really good but make it in advance because cooking time is long. The edges of the dish tend to burn due to this and the high cooking temp. I added some extra dressing to keep it moist and I used real bacon bits instead of actual crumbled bacon ( its the same thing)

Great side dish! The dressing makes it very tasty. Will definitely have it again.

I wasn't a fan of these. They took too long to cook and even after they were done, the taste was only so-so. I wouldn't bother again.

This recipe was extremely easy to make and was delicious. Definitely a keeper. I have also halved the recipe for my husband and myself. It is best to make this recipe in a non-stick pan if possible as the potatoes tend to stick a bit.
