What You Need

1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
2 green onions, sliced
Zest and juice from 1 lemon
2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
18 large fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cooked until crisp-tender
1/4 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

MIX dressing, onions, lemon zest and juice until well blended.

ARRANGE tomatoes on platter; top with asparagus. Drizzle with dressing mixture.

SPRINKLE with cheese and parsley.

How to Cook Asparagus
Cut or snap off ends of asparagus stalks; discard ends. Add spears to boiling water; simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain.
Cooking Know-How
Choose asparagus spears with closed compact tips, round stalks and a rich green colour.
Best of Season
The best asparagus comes to market from early March to June.
