what you need

Take 2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice and mix & match your recipe from these options ...

meat options vegetable and fruit choices Kraft Dressing and add-in possibilities
boneless skinless chicken breasts bell peppers, carrots and asparagus Classic Herb, 1 Tbsp. honey Dijon mustard
sirloin steak mushrooms, broccoli and onions Calorie-Wise Peppercorn Ranch, 1 tsp. curry powder
pork tenderloin celery, onions and apples Balsamic Vinaigrette, 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
meatless: 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Kidney Beans, drained cherry tomatoes, zucchini and snow peas Creamy Caesar, 1 Tbsp. pesto

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COMBINE 1/2 cup Kraft Dressing and the add-ins; set aside.

BROWN 1 lb. sliced meat in 2 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture in large barbecue stir-fry pan on high heat. Add 2 cups cut-up mixed vegetables and fruit and the remaining dressing mixture.

STIR-FRY 5 to 10 min. or until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked through. Serve over rice.

Important Note for the Meatless Option
Add beans along with the vegetables and all of the stir-fry sauce.
Substitute
Substitute a disposable aluminium 13x9-inch pan if you don't have a barbecue stir-fry pan. Poke small holes in the bottom and press against a hard surface to flatten the cut-outs.
